Clubhouse Rental

A signed reservation and usage agreement should be attached to your rental request.
All outstanding fines must be paid in full in order to rent the clubhouse.
Assessments must be current to rent clubhouse.
The $100 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
The $150 security deposit is refundable.
The $200 usage fee is non-refundable.
The use of adhesives (i.e. tape) and/or hanging hardware to affix anything to the walls is not permitted.
