Kristie Miller has been assigned to Del Mar Club as community association manager effective June 16, 2023.
Pool hours are from 9AM-9PM. Homeowners are allowed two guests. Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner. At no time should a homeowner or guest be at the pool outside of the posted hours. Minor children (15 & younger) must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 or older.
Pool season begins on 5/24/24.
All homeowners must be current on assessments + fines to access amenities. Signed pool rules are an additional step required to utilize the pool. You may remit payments through the portal at www.cmacommunities.com and contact CMA directly to assist you further.
Please provide your address to the pool monitor for verification, contact CMA, and notify the board of the issue through this site or via email. CMA asks for 48 hours to restore fob access.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. Please report suspicious activity to the Gwinnett County Police. Their non-emergency number is 770-513-5700. We ask homeowners to always make the Board aware of any suspicious activity that you witness so that we can determine next steps.
No. Clubhouse parking is for homeowners and their guests who are enjoying our amenities. No overnight parking is allowed for any reason. Violators will be stickered and towed.

The HOA board, in partnership with our management company, exists to help enforce the covenants of the Del Mar Club Community.
Board elections are required to occur annually. In order for an election to be held there must be 2/3 of eligible homeowners in attendance to vote (quorum). In the absence of quorum, the Board remains in place and may appoint members to serve as positions open.
No. Nextdoor is a social media networking site that is NOT monitored by or associated with the HOA Board. Please direct all communication to the Board through this website.
Yes. The Del Mar community has voted to put a rental cap in place as of October 17, 2023. At this time, the Board is unable to approve ANY additional rentals.
Renters are welcome to access amenities as long as the homeowner is current on all assessments + fees. Renters should contact the homeowner to facilitate access to the pool and/or clubhouse.
